As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a lifelong athlete, I've always been drawn to movement.


After college, I dove into running, but it wasn't until I hit the trails that I truly found my passion. For over 15 years, trail racing has been my happy place!

However, even with my background, 2022 threw me a curveball: a frustrating knee injury that kept me from all sports for four long months. What really struck me during that time was how difficult it was to find clear, practical information for injured runners. I had questions about progressing my own exercises and longed for a simple roadmap, just like anyone else.

This experience was the spark that led me to develop these comprehensive courses.

I'm here to empower runners of all levels to prevent injuries, achieve their fitness aspirations, and deeply understand the recovery journey—both mentally and physically.


Beyond being a PT, I'm also a certified Trail Running Coach, ready to guide you every step of the way.
